How was everyone’s weekend? Have you recovered from the Super Bowl? I think I say this every year, but I really wish the Super Bowl was on a Saturday or better yet, the Monday after was a holiday. And to think I live on the west coast where the game starts at 3:30pm…I would definitely not be happy if I lived on the east coast, especially after the 30+ minute delay for the blackout!
But it was a fun game, nonetheless. I (along with probably everybody else watching the game) really thought San Francisco was going to pull off the win. I still can’t believe they didn’t manage to get that touchdown. Oh well, there’s always next year, right? And maybe my Chargers will make it then….hey, a girl can dream :)
So now that the Super Bowl is behind us, we’re in full Valentine’s Day mode here at The Pink Flour. Today, I’m sharing a variation on my White Chocolate-Dipped Oreos from Halloween last year.
I found these Berry Burst Ice Cream Oreos at the store and immediately knew what I wanted to make with them.
The Oreos definitely have a different flavor to them. It takes some getting use to, but I ended up really liking them. And they’re even better dipped in chocolate and topped with sprinkles.
